We like the idea that media is independent and can run stories that even our Editorial Staff may not agree with entirely. That said, Glenn Greenwald is a co-founder of The Intercept who recently resigned due to censorship. Screenmancer is a champion of Greenwald’s based on his CITIZENFOUR coverage, CitizenFour being the code name for Edward Snowden.

Although not everyone here agrees with Snowden on all topics, as far as uncovering issues within the online privacy and security realm? Snowden, now 37 and an expectant father, blew the lid off issues we as Americans, and citizens of the digital world, didn’t even know we had in order to protect data.

Greenwald was part of this massive unmasking of TPTB (the powers that be) as far as data collection, metadata, and the farming of personal texts, calls, and protected data. This personal data should be – and actually is – under territory covered by the Constitution of United States of America, 1789, revised in 1992. Amendment IV.

This is the Fourth Amendment as follows, which can be construed as applied to individual digital data…

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Thus we invite you to read the text of Glenn Greenwald’s resignation, and the article which his own media venture, created with the highest hope for free speech, would not publish:

Subhead: An attempt to assess the importance of the known evidence, and a critique of media lies to protect their favored candidate, could not be published at The Intercept

*CitizenFour = citizen four(th Amendment) wake up call?

Screenmancer thanks Glenn Greenwald for monitoring the Five Eyes digital listening posts for us.
