This might seem like a double-edged ‘Get Well Soon’ message to the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, but renowned filmmaker Alex Gibney “secretly spent the last five months” making a power-packed documentary entitled TOTALLY UNDER CONTROL about the lifespan of this virus.
Oscar-winner Gibney actually co-directed with Ophelia Harutyunyan and Suzanne Hillinger. Needless to say, Gibney and company will leave you riveted and informed when this documentary is released by NEON on Oct.20.
Watch how this viral lockdown party started…
To recap, the story begins “on Jan. 20, 2020, the US and South Korea both discovered their first cases of COVID-19.” However, 200,000 American lives later, Gibney et al have a status report on our nation’s response to this crisis.
TOTALLY UNDER CONTROL is a familiar soundbite that defines the current Administration, perhaps in more ways than just as a Pandemic reflex. Here is the official announcement from Dr. Sean Conley.
Official From Physician to US President Donald J. Trump
“I release the following information with the permission of President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump. This evening I received confirmation that both President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump have tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The President and First Lady are both well at this time, and they plan to remain at home within the White House during their convalescence. The White House medical team and I will maintain a vigilant watch, and I appreciate the support provided by some of our our country’s greatest medical professionals and institutions. Rest assured I expect the President to continue carrying out his duties without disruption while recovering, and I will keep you updated on any future developments.” – Sean Conley, Physician to the President
