Read Time:1 Minute, 42 Second

NEWS: Leading Ukrainian media companies and creative powerhouses, including Starlight Media, 1+1 media, Ukraine TV Channel, and FILM.UA Group have united their efforts to support Ukraine’s struggle for freedom, defending the democratic values and human rights of all the civilized world, threatened by Russian aggression. With the support of MIP Markets organizers, the Ukrainian media community will be widely represented at the upcoming MIPTV in Cannes on April 4-6.

“We’re working hard to make sure Ukraine’s full-scale presence at MIP is effective for the industry in short- and long-term perspectives. It’s not the right time for the unfounded statements. Together with the biggest broadcasters and prodcos, we’re developing a handy practical guide on how every media company across the globe can partner or cooperate with the Ukrainian ones. This will include the most up-to-date catalogue featuring diverse readymades and work-in-progress projects, as well as the list of actual services and facilities available for foreign partners. We appreciate all the countries standing together with us during these hard times,” said Kateryna Udut, CEO of MRM, the organizer of Ukraine’s activities at MIPTV ‘22

.

Attendees can meet with the key representatives of the Ukrainian AV content business at the Ukrainian National Stand R7.L19 (Riviera of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France). New and existing partners and clients are very welcome to collaborate with Ukraine, as despite the dramatic circumstances the market is ready to keep and strengthen its positions on the global AV industry map. Ukraine has got all the capabilities, experience and talents, proven by multiple international sales, traveling format hits and solid partnerships with key players around the world.

Top execs of the industry will present the most important statements and programming highlights – during the panel discussion Stand With Ukrainian Media Industry within the MIPTV official conference program at 15:40 on April 4th. It is expected that more than 80 delegates from Ukraine will be attending MIPTV.
