Currently in post-production, CRANSTON ACADEMY: MONSTER ZONE is penned by Carl Bunker and Bob Barlen (ESCAPE FROM PLANET EARTH, THE NOT JOB 2: NUTTY BY NATURE), an Anima production (ANA & BRUNO, TOP CAT THE MOVIE, HERE COMES THE GRUMP) with Prime Focus LEGO NEXO KNIGHTS, MARIAH CAREY’S ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS, HERE COMES THE GRUMP) in association with Fifth Dimension Films, directed by Leopoldo Aguilar (MONSTER ISLAND) and produced by Fernando De Fuentes, José C. Scheduled for fall delivery, CRANSTON ACADEMY: MONSTER ZONE is the story of Danny and Liz, two rival geniuses attending a secret school for child prodigies. Danny, wanting to prove that he is the smartest of them all, inadvertently opens a portal to another dimension and unleashes a slew of monsters on the school. Liz must put their rivalry aside and help Danny together with a half-moth, half-man professor aptly nicknamed Mothman, to overcome the creatures of the 5th dimension and save the school.
Having such amazing actors be part of our project makes us feel even more excited about it. We are sure that the audiences will love Jamie’s maverick character and Ruby’s cool version of Liz”, adds José C. García de Letona, producer of the film.
