Bob Sambol, founder of Bob's Steak and Chop House, is opening his special-occasion restaurant in McKinney in 2023. The food, service and ambiance were all quite good, but while service from our waiter, Joseph, started out very well, things got slower as our dinner progressed, and then he forgot to bring out the Bernaise sauce for my steak (which I paid extra for), and later, brought us the wrong check!
It was perfectly seared medium rare, we had the bread pudding for dessert for the first time and we loved it. As we sat down the server came and offered drinks and knowledgeable recommendations.
