Writers' Zen Cushion Story 3

I've written three manuscripts, and have had four agents in the last six years. Everyone of them wanted re-writes. I can't figure out why they all wanted re-writes. My manuscripts don't even sound like mine anymore. Am I'm being taken for a ride? All I know is that I'm not giving up. I've seen some pretty crappy movies in the last three years and I have faith that my work is better. I don't think this is what you intended this for, but I have to air my distaste of the way this business works. It's seems if you don't know someone you're not going to get anywhere the honest way, but I have to admit that I will fight harder for what is right and I will never give up the fight. Writers are a rare breed of people, because we can make you cry, laugh, feel good about yourself, scare the hell out of you, and make you care about something you didn't even know about. That my friends is a gift that no one can take away from a writer. We write for us, because we have a need to create, and express our love for life. Be it bad or good. Life is not a foot race, but a stroll, so study everything in your line of vision, because there is a story to be found.
